Mandalay pronunciation Man(d)olei sounds exactly like his Greek name!!
I laugh a lot, and i got back to him with a msg including the lyrics of the song but i change Mandoley with Manoli,
asking him why he had send me this track!

Growing up in the Athens suburbs of the early 80’s, we just couldn’t wait to be old enough to go to the big disco clubs, like “Pianeta Terra” and be part of the careless dancing crowd with oversized slouch-shouldered jackets,showing off hideous haircuts!
This song by Ohio’s long-time disco players, La Flavour, was a massive dancefloor hit at that time and hearing it yesterday in a forgotten bar, after more than 20 years, brought back sweet memories, when my gang of grammar school friends would come on their bicycles and sing it under my balcony so I would get on my bike too and go crazy with them round the streets…
